Once your order has been packaged, a tracking number will be provided to ensure you can monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 to 15 business days after placing your order, please contact us via the provided email or phone number. We will be happy to arrange a replacement order or a full refund. Please note, refunds are not available for opened waist beads or items that were correctly delivered to the address provided. We also cannot issue refunds for packages lost or damaged by the postal service.
Our products are shipped exclusively via the US Postal Service (USPS), with processing times typically ranging from 7 to 20 business days, excluding weekends.
